A peek through the gates into a Victorian Jewish Cemetery at Brent Museum

From Michael Winner (extrovert film-maker) through Rosalind Franklin (who discovered the structure of DNA) to 60s flamboyant socialite Gertrude Schilling.

The House of Life Exhibition invites you to learn about Jewish traditions and explore the rich history at Willesden Jewish Cemetery. Visitors are introduced to the fascinating lives of some of the people buried in the cemetery and given a glimpse of the buildings that make up the landscape in this temporary exhibition.
